Those not processed within this timeframe will not be scheduled on the calendar.<\/li>\n<li>When booking their classes, students should consider the availability of schedules by consulting the <strong>class calendar<\/strong> and the <strong>non-teaching days calendar<\/strong>, accessible on our website.<\/li>\n<li>After completing the payment, the student will receive a <strong>link<\/strong> to access their <strong>online classes<\/strong>. For <strong>in-person classes<\/strong>, the student will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information.<\/li>\n<li>Classes are not transferable to other people.<\/li>\n<li>Prices include manuals and printed teaching materials, as well as files in Word, JPG and PDF formats, together with multimedia content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> In Spanish Online \u2013 Monthly Themed Sessions, the student must make a reservation <strong>at least one week in advance<\/strong>, indicating the <strong>level<\/strong> and the <strong>topic<\/strong> of the discussion in the provided fields.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>1.1.1. Change from in-person to online modality<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>A student who has previously purchased an in-person class may request to change the modality to online at least 48 hours in advance by sending a request via email. Jarcha Espa\u00f1ol may authorize the change, provided it is communicated within the established timeframe. In this case, the price paid for the in-person class will remain unchanged, as the change of modality does not entail a modification of the contracted rate.<\/p>\n<p>If the student requests the change on the same day of the session due to personal reasons or mild indisposition, the change will only be accepted if it is feasible for the center. Under no circumstances will any adjustment or refund be made, since in-person classes involve prior preparation including physical materials, room setup and teaching organization.<\/p>\n<p>By purchasing in-person classes, the student agrees to receive them in that modality. For greater flexibility, it is recommended to purchase individual classes, choosing the modality and schedule according to convenience.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1.2. Payment Method<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The student may purchase up to a <strong>maximum of 6 classes<\/strong> at a time and use them at their convenience within a maximum period of <strong>2 months<\/strong> from the time of purchase and according to the class schedule. If the student does not use all the hours within this period, the remaining hours will be considered delivered and will not be refunded.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1.3. Adjustment for CPI<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The prices of classes will be subject to an annual adjustment based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI). This adjustment will be applied at the beginning of each year and will be notified at least 30 days in advance.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"cancel\"><strong>1.4. Cancellation, Refund, and Recovery Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>1.4.1. Cancellation and Refund<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>In case of class cancellations, refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is made within a maximum of <strong>48 hours<\/strong> from the time of purchase.<\/li>\n<li>No refunds will be made for unused classes, regardless of the reason. Otherwise, they can be recovered as long as the conditions indicated in the <strong>Recovery<\/strong> section are met.<\/li>\n<li>Unused single classes within a maximum period of <strong>3 months from the date of purchase<\/strong> will be considered delivered and will not be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>1.4.2. Recovery<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>1.4.2.1. Single Classes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If a student cancels a class at least 24 hours in advance, they can reschedule it according to the <strong>teacher&#8217;s availability<\/strong>, finding a convenient time for both parties.<\/li>\n<li>Only one class per month can be rescheduled.<\/li>\n<li>If the student does not notify the absence at least 24 hours in advance, the class will be considered delivered and cannot be rescheduled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>1.4.2.2. Make-up Classes by Jarcha Espa\u00f1ol<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If for any reason Jarcha Espa\u00f1ol is forced to cancel a class, a new date will be agreed upon with the student to make it up.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>1.4.3. Tardiness<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Classes must start at the scheduled time. If the student is unjustifiably late by <strong>more than 15 minutes<\/strong>, the class will be <strong>canceled<\/strong> and no refund will be given. If the delay is <strong>less than 15 minutes<\/strong>, the session <strong>will still end<\/strong> at the <strong>agreed time<\/strong>, without adding extra time.<\/p>\n<p>If the <strong>teacher<\/strong> is late, the lost time will be made up at the end of the class or by rescheduling a new class on a date agreed upon with the student.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1.5. Class Calendar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This calendar, which is updated weekly, reflects the school activity of Jarcha Espa\u00f1ol, allowing the student to select the schedule that suits them within the available hours.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1.6. Non-Teaching Days Calendar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This calendar indicates the days when we do not have class at Jarcha Espa\u00f1ol: local, regional and national holidays, as well as vacation days at our center.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;21548&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; title=&#8221;2026&#8243; el_id=&#8221;calendario&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #882437;\"><strong>2. In-person Spanish for Groups and VigoLingua<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>2.1. In-person Spanish for Groups<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>2.1.1. Registration, Booking and Payment Procedure<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h5><strong>2.1.1.1. Registration<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>To enroll in the In-person Spanish for Groups program, the applicant must complete and sign the general quotation provided by Jarcha Espa\u00f1ol and send it by email to <a href=\"mailto:info@jarchaespanol.com\">info@jarchaespanol.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2.1.1.2. Booking<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>To secure a place, a deposit of <strong>30% of the total amount<\/strong> must be paid within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of signing the quotation. This deposit serves as a commitment guarantee.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2.1.1.3. Payment<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>The remaining balance must be paid no later than <strong>70 days before<\/strong> the start of the course.<\/li>\n<li>Payments must be made by bank transfer or bank deposit to the account specified in the quotation issued by Jarcha Espa\u00f1ol.<\/li>\n<li>No registration request will be processed unless it is accompanied by proof that the booking deposit or full payment has been made to the corresponding bank account.<\/li>\n<li>Registrations are personal and non-transferable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>2.2.
