Reservation and Payment

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Online and On-Site Spanish Teaching (ELE)

Before formalizing a reservation, it is essential to take the online level test located at the end of the description of each teaching modality to assign the student the appropriate learning level.

The price includes didactic material in Word, jpg, and pdf formats, as well as multimedia resources.

Cancellation and Rescheduling of Classes

Cancellations of classes, in any type and modality of teaching, must be communicated via email to info@jarchaespanol.com. In this way, you can choose between a 100% refund of the reservation amount or rescheduling the class, provided the teaching calendar allows it. In case of cancellation without a minimum 24-hour notice, rescheduling will not be possible, and no refund will be applied.

Classes are not transferable to other individuals.

Additionally, if for any reason Jarcha Español is compelled to suspend a class, a new date will be proposed for its recovery.

Course Cancellation

In the event of canceling a course, a refund is not possible. Jarcha Español will offer the opportunity to complete the studies later, provided the cancellation notice does not exceed one year.

Courses are not transferable to other individuals.

Punctuality Issues

Classes must begin at the scheduled time. If a student is unjustifiably delayed by more than 15 minutes, the class will be canceled without a refund. If the delay is less than 15 minutes, the session will still end at the agreed-upon time without additional time.

Absences from Classes

Absences from sessions on teaching days do not guarantee makeup classes, depending solely on the teacher’s availability.

Non-teaching days are marked on the school calendar.

Jarcha Español reserves the right to modify sales conditions, updating any changes on the website.

The general sales conditions and any other matter related to them will be governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with these general sales conditions will be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
